Additional Needs
– Additional Booth ‐ $375 each
– Additional Registrant (Additional Badge) ‐ $150 each
– Utilities (electricity, Internet, etc.) ‐ Must be ordered through Hot Springs Convention Center.
– Miscellaneous items (trash can, carpet, booth shipment, etc.) ‐ Must be ordered through Sunbelt
Vehicle Exhibits ($1,275 Each)
– Additional Registrants-$150 ea.
– In order to exhibit a vehicle, two booth spaces are required.
– Be prepared to arrive at the convention center by 9:15am to load‐in your vehicle on Monday.
– No more than 1/4 tank of fuel & the battery must be
