Reservation Procedure: The Hotel Hot Springs understands that your attendees will make their room reservations by directly telephoning our Reservations Department. Please instruct them to call the hotel toll free at (877) 623-6697 and identify themselves as being with your group (ARKANSAS ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE) when making reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or an advance deposit for the first night’s lodging. - Log on to www.hotelhotsprings.org – enter “Check Availability” under Book Your Stay. This will take you to the “Reservation” page to enter your arrival and departure date. Click on ENTER IT NOW beside Promo or Group Code. Under additional options, this will allow you to enter the group’s special code and click Update.
