Guidelines for Submittal
All submissions must be sent by email exactly as they are to appear in the email blast. (No date lines and with the ten word headline you want highlighted.)
All event related articles must include contact information; name and phone number or email address or web site or all three.
Submissions concerning meetings or events may be 25-50 words or less and must include contact information. Any section meetings would fall in this category.
Firm News may be 50 words or less and must include contact information.
Articles may be 100-150 words or less and must include contact information. Permission for longer articles may be requested by directing an email to the executive director. If the submission is more words than allowed it will be returned to the sender to edit appropriately or AACP will reserve the right to edit as needed.
All time sensitive information submitted must be submitted one week in advance of your desired email date, and should be marked time sensitive in the subject line of the email submission.
Any links included in articles must NOT capture email addresses from members who link to the web sight. If this should occur the responsible party will no longer be able to submit articles.
AACP Corporate Captains will be listed in the Member News Brief as follows:
Diamond Sponsors will be highlighted with their company name, three contact names and phone
number in each AACP Email Blast. These sponsors may submit six times a year an article of 200 words
or less and may submit four event submissions or announcements of 25-50 words or less including
contact information. A Banner AD will also be added to the AACP Website for the year.
Gold Sponsors will be highlighted with their company name, two contact names and phone number in
each AACP Email Blast. These sponsors may submit four times a year an article of 200 words or less
and may submit four event submissions or announcements of 25-50 words or less including contact
information. A Banner AD will also be added to the AACP Website for the year.
Silver Co-Sponsors will be listed with their company name, one contact name and phone number in
each AACP Email Blast. These co-sponsors may submit two times a year an article of 200 words or less
and may submit two event submissions or announcements of 25-50 words or less including contact
information. A Banner AD can be added to the AACP Website at a discounted price for the year.
Blue Ribbon Partners will be listed with their company name and phone number in each AACP Email
Blast. These partners may submit once a year an article of 200 words or less and may submit once per
year an event submission or announcement of 25-50 words or less including contact information. A
Banner AD can be added to the AACP Website for the year for an additional $350.
