Certified salary starting pay is $39,114.00, 13 paid holidays, 401K with 4% match, yearly comp time payout, Christmas incentive pay, take home vehicle up to 25 miles of city limits and 66% of insurance paid by employer. Non-certified starting salary is $37,114.00 and will be adjusted after 1 year probation and completion of police academy. Must meet Arkansas law enforcement requirements.
