We are now accepting registration for the 56th Annual Conference to be held again in Hot Springs. We are looking forward to another very successful conference. Our group hotel rate is $109 at the Embassy. Click Here to register.

Set up date for our sponsors will be Monday September 23rd from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00pm in the Convention Center Hall A.

We will again do the one-day vendor day on Tuesday September 24th, 9:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. We would like everyone to be set up on Monday, please. We are asking all our sponsors to bring a door prize to help keep everyone engaged throughout the day.
